Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You may return your home textile items—such as comforters, duvets, and pillows—within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or altered.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the appropriate return address and details on how to package your items securely.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned items and confirm their condition, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products:
We take great care in quality control, but if your product arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Attach photos of the affected item so that we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:
For reasons of hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted for bedding that has been removed from sealed packaging, unless the product is defective. Clearance or final-sale items are also not eligible for return unless damaged.
